Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love your Red Dingo gear. If you’re not 100% happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

• Faulty or incorrect item? We’ll cover the courier both ways and send you the right product at no cost.

• Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? No problem — you’ll just need to send the item back to us. We’ll send your exchange back to you free of charge.

• Refunds: Once we receive the item in original condition, we’ll refund the product value. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
